Bradley Scott Completes Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship with Distinction.

We are delighted to congratulate Bradley Scott on successfully completing his Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative apprenticeship with distinction. This achievement is a reflection of Bradley’s dedication, hard work, and the support he has received throughout his journey at Murray Steel.

Bradley joined Murray Steels in December 2022, and since then, has made remarkable progress. Over the course of his apprenticeship he has gained invaluable experience, and developed a great deal of confidence, marking his journey as a standout success.

The scheme plays a vital role in helping young talent integrate into the warehouse environment, providing both the technical skills and personal development needed to succeed.

Throughout his apprenticeship, Bradley has been closely mentored by our Works Supervisor, Shaun Duggan, who has witnessed Bradley's transformation first-hand. Shaun commented:

“Bradley’s whole demeanour has changed during his time at Murray Steels. He started as a very shy and unsure lad but has proved himself to become an essential part of the operations team. He has embraced the mindset of the warehouse and is certainly one of the team.”
